Before you
book.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

You need a baseline of training consistency. You don't need to be elite. The Simulation Pack is designed for athletes who already work out and want to specifically prepare for HYROX. If you're brand new to fitness, start with our regular group classes first.

Can I train HYROX without competing?

Absolutely. Many of our athletes train HYROX-style purely because it's the most structured and rewarding format of fitness they've tried. The race is optional. The training transforms you either way.

What's the difference between the two programs?

The Simulation Pack is a small-group race-format class on weekends. The HYROX Duo is private personal training for two people, with custom programming built around your specific pair. Different formats, different price points, different goals.

Where will I train?

HYROX training runs out of BoxFit Studios in South Delhi, fully equipped with sleds, sandbags, rowers, SkiErgs, wall ball targets, and everything else you'll meet on race day.

How quickly will I see results?

Most athletes see meaningful improvement in their splits and station times within 3 to 4 sessions. By session five, you'll have a real sense of your race pace and where you can push harder.

Can I bring a partner at a different fitness level?

Yes. The HYROX Duo program is specifically built to bridge that gap. We balance the workload so both partners contribute their strengths and develop their weaknesses, without one carrying the other.

What happens after I book?

You'll get a confirmation, a quick assessment chat with one of our team, and a session schedule that fits your calendar. Then you show up. We do the rest.
